Terms and Conditions

  • Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. A receipt with check in details will be emailed to you.​ If payment is not received by the nominated date the booking will no longer be held for you.
  • A refund of your payment, less 20% of the total booking cost, will be given if written notice of a cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to the intended arrival. 
  • No refund will be given for cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
  • Check in is 2 pm. Check out is 10 am.
  • All bookings are accepted for the nominated guests. No other person(s) may stay overnight.
  • Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside any part of the cottages.
  • If the behaviour of any guest causes damage to the property or cleaning requirements in excess of normal use, the person who made the booking will be held liable for payment to cover costs.
